Procedures

1. Buyer sends loi with bcl.

2. Seller issues fco for buyer signature.

3. Buyer issues irrevocable corporate purchase order (icpo). With bank confirm letter to favor seller and endorsed fco.

4. Seller issues contract with pop confirmation and sends to buyer by e-mail. Buyer can check confirmation of pop through refineries. (all email transaction is legal and acceptable by seller and buyer).

5. Buyer and seller sign contract and copies lodged with respective banks.

6. After three (3) banking days buyers issue a pre advice dlc or non-operative from top 25 world prime bank acceptable to sellers bank.

7. Seller provides buyer through buyers bank proof of product (pop).

8. Seller issues 2 % performance bond to activate the buyers non-operative and non-transferable, auto revolving documentary letter of credit l/c become operative.

9. Seller nominates vessels, loads and gives eta to buyer

10. Buyer obtain free in a free out permit of sellers vessels at discharge port (cif contracts only).

11. All other procedures are as in the contract.
